THE PRIZE

The winning team will receive:

• Two premium European e-bikes for one full day
• Helmets and bicycle locks
• Suggested cycling routes around Ayia Napa
• A complimentary BiRide experience for two people

Collection and return will take place at the location and times confirmed directly with the winning team.

The stated value of over €5,000 represents the combined retail value of the two e-bikes and not the cash value of the prize.

YOUR BIRIDE MISSION

As part of the experience, the winning team agrees to document its day exploring Ayia Napa.

The winners will be asked to provide:

• At least 10 good-quality photographs
• At least 5 short vertical video clips, approximately 5–15 seconds each
• At least one photograph showing both winners with the e-bikes
• Content from at least three recognisable locations around Ayia Napa
• A short, honest written account of approximately 100–200 words
• Brief feedback about the e-bikes, the route and the overall experience

The original photographs, video clips and written feedback must be submitted to BiRide by the deadline agreed with the winners.

Professional photography, editing or video production experience is not required. We are looking for a natural and authentic account of your BiRide adventure.

FULL COMPETITION TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. ORGANISER

This competition is organised by Bisaggio Cyprus Ltd, trading as BiRide, Cyprus.

The competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Facebook, Instagram or Meta.

2. ELIGIBILITY

The competition is open to individuals who:

• Are at least 18 years old
• Can legally enter into an agreement
• Are physically able and sufficiently experienced to ride an e-bike safely
• Are available in Ayia Napa on Saturday, 29 August 2026
• Hold a valid photographic identity document
• Agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions

Each entry must represent a team of two people. Both members of the team must meet all eligibility requirements.

Employees, contractors and immediate family members of Bisaggio Cyprus Ltd, BiRide or companies directly involved in administering the competition may not participate.

No purchase is necessary to enter.

3. COMPETITION PERIOD

The competition begins when the official competition post is published and closes on:

Tuesday, 25 August 2026 at 20:00 Cyprus time.

Entries received after the closing time will not be considered.

4. ENTRY REQUIREMENTS

To submit a valid entry, a participant must:

• Follow the official BiRide Facebook or Instagram account
• Like the official competition post
• Tag the person who will participate with them
• Answer the competition question in the comments

Entries must be original, relevant and suitable for public display.

Entries containing offensive, unlawful, discriminatory, misleading or inappropriate content may be removed or disqualified.

Only one prize can be won per team.

5. WINNER SELECTION

This is a judged competition and not a random prize draw.

BiRide will select the winning team based on:

• Creativity and originality of the answer
• The proposed Ayia Napa adventure
• Suitability for creating an authentic account of the experience
• Alignment with the BiRide brand and the purpose of the competition

BiRide’s decision will be final. No correspondence concerning the judging decision will be entered into.

6. WINNER ANNOUNCEMENT AND CONFIRMATION

The winning team is expected to be announced on:

Wednesday, 26 August 2026.

The winner will be contacted only through the official BiRide social media account used for the competition.

BiRide will never request payment or banking details to release the prize.

The selected winner must confirm participation within the period stated in the notification. If the winner:

• Does not respond within the stated time
• Cannot participate on the required date
• Does not meet the eligibility requirements
• Refuses to accept these Terms and Conditions

BiRide may select another team without further obligation to the original winner.

7. PRIZE CONDITIONS

The prize consists of the use of two premium e-bikes for an agreed period on Saturday, 29 August 2026.

The prize:

• Cannot be exchanged for cash
• Cannot be sold or transferred without BiRide’s written approval
• Cannot be combined with another offer
• Is subject to availability, weather conditions and operational requirements
• Includes only the items specifically listed in the prize description

Transport to and from the agreed collection point, food, refreshments and other personal costs are not included.

BiRide may replace a bike or part of the prize with an appropriate alternative if circumstances outside its reasonable control make this necessary.

8. COLLECTION, IDENTIFICATION AND RENTAL AGREEMENT

Both winners must present valid photographic identification before receiving the e-bikes.

Each winner must complete and sign BiRide’s standard rental documentation, safety acknowledgement and equipment handover form.

The e-bikes must be collected and returned at the agreed location and times.

The winners are responsible for taking reasonable care of the e-bikes and all supplied equipment during the experience. Bikes must be locked securely whenever left unattended.

Any loss, theft or damage resulting from misuse, negligence, prohibited use or failure to follow BiRide’s instructions may remain the responsibility of the relevant participant in accordance with the signed rental agreement and applicable law.

9. SAFETY

Winners participate at their own risk and must:

• Wear the supplied helmet while riding
• Follow Cyprus road traffic laws
• Follow all reasonable safety instructions provided by BiRide
• Use appropriate roads, cycling routes and permitted areas
• Ride responsibly and according to the conditions
• Avoid dangerous riding, racing, stunts and unauthorised off-road use
• Never ride while under the influence of alcohol, drugs or any substance affecting their ability to ride safely
• Never allow another person to use the e-bike

BiRide may refuse or end participation if it reasonably believes that a participant is unable to ride safely or is placing themselves, other people or the equipment at risk.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

10. CONTENT REQUIREMENTS

By accepting the prize, both winners agree to make a genuine and reasonable effort to create and submit the competition content described above.

All submitted content must:

• Be created during the prize experience
• Be original or submitted with all necessary permissions
• Avoid infringing another person’s copyright, privacy or other rights
• Avoid showing identifiable third parties without their permission
• Avoid unsafe, unlawful or inappropriate activity
• Be submitted in its original available quality

BiRide does not require a positive review. Any written feedback or testimonial should reflect the winners’ honest experience.

11. PERMISSION TO USE CONTENT

Each winner retains ownership of the original content they create.

By submitting photographs, videos, written feedback or other materials, each winner grants Bisaggio Cyprus Ltd and BiRide a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to:

• Use, reproduce and publish the content
• Edit, crop, resize, subtitle, translate and combine the content
• Use the content on websites and social media
• Use the content in digital and printed advertising
• Use the content in presentations, press materials and promotional campaigns
• Promote BiRide services, locations and future operations in Ayia Napa and elsewhere

This licence is granted without additional payment and for an unlimited period, subject to applicable law.

BiRide will not intentionally edit an honest testimonial in a way that materially misrepresents the winner’s opinion.

12. NAME, IMAGE AND LIKENESS

The winners agree that photographs or videos submitted as part of the experience may show their name, image, voice and likeness.

The winners grant BiRide permission to use these elements together with the submitted content for the promotional purposes described in these Terms and Conditions.

A winner should inform BiRide before accepting the prize if there is a genuine reason why their full name should not be published.

13. PERSONAL DATA

Personal information provided in connection with the competition will be used to:

• Administer the competition
• Verify eligibility
• Contact and identify the winners
• Arrange the e-bike experience
• Meet legal, safety and insurance requirements
• Publish the winners where permission has been provided

Information will be handled in accordance with applicable data-protection law and BiRide’s privacy practices.

Competition participants will not be automatically added to marketing mailing lists unless they provide separate consent.

14. CHANGES, POSTPONEMENT OR CANCELLATION

BiRide may change, postpone, suspend or cancel the competition or the e-bike experience where reasonably necessary because of:

• Unsafe weather conditions
• Safety concerns
• Government or authority restrictions
• Event or location changes
• Technical problems
• Circumstances outside BiRide’s reasonable control

Where possible, BiRide will offer the winners a reasonable alternative date or equivalent experience. No cash alternative will be provided.

15. DISQUALIFICATION

BiRide may disqualify an entry or winner where there is evidence of:

• False or misleading information
• Fraud, manipulation or multiple fake accounts
• Failure to meet the entry requirements
• Breach of these Terms and Conditions
• Abusive conduct towards BiRide, its partners or other participants
• Conduct that may create a safety risk or damage the reputation of the competition

16. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

Participation in the competition constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

Before receiving the e-bikes, both winners will be required to confirm their acceptance and sign the relevant BiRide rental and safety documentation.

The roots of BiRide come from years of business experience in the United Kingdom, where Adam Bisaggio built and developed customer-focused companies based on trust, clear communication, transparent pricing and reliable service.

After moving to Paphos, Adam saw a clear opportunity in the local tourism and micromobility market. Many visitors wanted to explore Cyprus independently, but traditional bike rental services were often limited, outdated or difficult to access without visiting a physical shop.

BiRide was created to solve that problem.

The project grew from a local e-bike sales and service operation into a modern rental platform designed for tourists, hotels, villas, Airbnb hosts and tourism businesses across the Paphos District.

Today, BiRide combines real local service with digital booking, secure online payments, hotel delivery, QR-code rental stations, GPS-supported bikes and on-route customer assistance.

BiRide is not an anonymous online rental page. We are a real local company with physical service locations, published contact details, a local team and real bikes prepared and supported in Paphos.

BiRide operates locally in Paphos through real service points and direct customer support.

Paulina Bisaggio leads the BiRide Poseidon Branch, supporting customers, hotel guests, walk-in visitors and local rental operations. Her role is especially important in day-to-day guest communication, booking support and making sure customers feel properly looked after before, during and after their ride.

At our Dimokratias Avenue location, the wider RideBike / BiRide operation supports e-bike sales, servicing, rental preparation and technical work.
