Q: Where can I use BiRide Rentals?
A: BiRide operates across the whole Paphos district. Delivery charges depend on distance from our Paphos centre, with discounts or free delivery available for longer rentals.
Q: What is the cost of renting an E-Bike?
A: The cost of rental depends on the specific model you select, all prices are based on a ‘per day’ structure and are clearly shown throughout the booking process. Multi-day discounts are also applied to all bookings.

Booking and Payment
Q: How do I book a bike?
A: You can book directly on our website. Just select your location in Paphos and date range, browse available E-Bikes, and confirm your booking in a few clicks. Phone bookings are also available.
Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: A 10% upfront deposit is required to secure any booking, this must be made by debit card online at the time of booking. The future balance can be completed by card payment or cash upon collection of the bikes.
Q: Can I cancel my booking?
A: Yes. Cancellations are possible under the terms shown in our cancellation policy. The 10% deposit is non-refundable, but all other balances paid will be fully refunded up to 48hr before the booking is due to begin. Any cancellations made within 48hr of the booking will not be refundable.

Q: What types of bikes are available?
A: We offer multiple different E-Bike models including E-MTB’s, SUV bikes, and city E-Bikes, all with a variety of battery and motor sizes, meaning we have the perfect bike for any rider, whatever your needs.
Q: Are accessories included with the bike rental?
A: Yes. Every rental includes a helmet, pump, lock and charger for the battery. Extra accessories may be available for an additional fee.
Q: How do I know if a bike is available?
A: Availability is shown in real time on the BiRide website. You’ll see statuses like “Available,” “Rented Out,” or “Request This Bike” so you can book with confidence. Once your booking is confirmed, the website will update to prevent double bookings.

During and After the Rental
Q: Where can I collect the bike from?
A: Collection points around Paphos are shown during the booking process. You can also arrange delivery for an extra fee (distance-based), with discounts available for multi-day rentals.
Q: What if I have a problem with the E-Bike?
A: You can contact the us directly through the website or via a direct phone number (given upon collection) to report any issues, should they occur. Our trained engineers will guide you through any issues to fully resolve them and keep you happy and riding.
