Same-day walk-in rentals are welcome, subject to bike availability. Advance reservations can be made by phone or WhatsApp up to 2 days ahead.

Whether you start in the morning or later in the day, the Same Day Pass gives you one simple price until closing time.

Where Can I Get the Same Day Pass?

There are two ways to use the BiRide Same Day Pass.

BiRide Poseidon Rental Hub

Visit the BiRide Poseidon Rental Hub in Kato Paphos, choose your bike and speak directly with the BiRide team.

At Poseidon you can choose between:

• Casual Explorer rear-motor e-bikes – €30
• Seasoned Professional mid-motor e-bikes – €40

No app is required when renting directly from the Poseidon Rental Hub.

Our team can help you choose the right bike, adjust it for you and recommend a route based on where you would like to go.

Same Day Pass at Selected Partner Hotels

The Same Day Pass is also available at selected BiRide partner hotel stations.

Hotel stations operate as self-service rental points through the BiRide app.

At hotel stations, the Same Day Pass is available for Casual Explorer rear-motor e-bikes.

To start your ride:

1. Visit a participating BiRide hotel station.
2. Scan the QR code displayed at the station.
3. Download the BiRide app.
4. Create and register your account.
5. Add your payment method.
6. Select an available Casual Explorer e-bike.
7. Start your rental through the app.
8. Return the bike to the same station by 17:30 and end the rental in the app.

Bike availability depends on the individual hotel station.

These bikes are better suited to riders planning longer journeys, hillier routes or more demanding riding during the day.

Start Whenever You Like – Return by 17:30

The Same Day Pass is intentionally simple.

You do not have to collect your bike at 09:30.

You can start later in the morning or during the day depending on your plans and current bike availability.

The price remains:

€30 for a Casual Explorer or €40 for a Seasoned Professional

The important condition is that the bike must be returned no later than 17:30 on the same day.

This makes Same Day Pass ideal when you want plenty of time to explore but have no need to keep the bike overnight.

What Is Included with Your Same Day Pass?

Your Same Day Pass includes:

• Safety helmet
• Secure bike lock
• GPS-supported bike security
• Fully charged battery
• Pump
• Basic route advice
• Customer support during your rental

Every bike is prepared and checked by the BiRide team before rental.

Do I Get a Charger?

A charger is not normally included with the Same Day Pass because the bike is rented only until 17:30.

If you are collecting your bike from the Poseidon Rental Hub and expect to need a charger during your ride, simply ask the BiRide team before you leave.

Can I Reserve a Same Day Pass?

Yes.

Same Day Pass bikes can be reserved by phone or message up to 2 days in advance.

For same-day rental, you can simply visit the Poseidon Rental Hub and choose from the bikes currently available.

Because availability can change throughout the day, we recommend sending us a quick WhatsApp message or calling before you come if you want a particular bike type or size.

Same Day Pass or Instant Ride?

Not every ride needs a full day.

If you only want an e-bike for an hour or two, our Instant Ride hourly rental may be the better option.

Instant Ride allows you to pay for each started hour and is ideal for shorter rides around Paphos.

If you are planning to spend much of the day exploring, stopping for lunch, visiting beaches or simply riding without watching the clock, choose the Same Day Pass.

Need the Bike Overnight?

Same Day Pass finishes at 17:30.

If you want to keep your e-bike overnight or need more flexibility with your return time, choose one of our regular 24-hour rental options instead.

A 24-hour rental gives you a full 24 hours from collection rather than requiring the bike to be returned before closing.

Collection Only – No Delivery

The Same Day Pass is designed as a simple local rental product.

For this reason, delivery and collection from hotels, villas or apartments are not available with the Same Day Pass.

You can either:

• Collect and return your bike at the BiRide Poseidon Rental Hub
• Use a participating self-service BiRide hotel station for an available Casual Explorer e-bike

If you require delivery and collection, choose one of our regular eligible rental packages instead.

Important – Return by 17:30

All Same Day Pass bikes must be returned by 17:30 on the day of rental.

Returning bikes on time is important because they may already be prepared or reserved for another customer.

If a Same Day Pass bike is not returned by 17:30:

• The rental will be changed to the applicable full 24-hour rental rate
• An additional €10 handling fee will apply

If you think you may need the bike overnight, it is better to choose a 24-hour rental from the beginning.

Can I book the Same Day Pass online?

Advance reservations for Same Day Pass are currently arranged by phone or message.

For same-day rental you can also visit the Poseidon Rental Hub and choose from the bikes currently available.

Can I use Same Day Pass at my hotel?

Yes, at selected BiRide partner hotel stations.

Hotel station rentals are self-service through the BiRide app and Same Day Pass is available there for participating Casual Explorer rear-motor e-bikes.

Do I need the BiRide app?

Not when renting directly from the Poseidon Rental Hub.

The app is required when using a self-service BiRide station at a participating hotel.

Is a helmet included?

Yes. A safety helmet is included with your Same Day Pass rental from the Poseidon Rental Hub.

Is a charger included?

A charger is not normally included with Same Day Pass.

If you are renting from Poseidon and expect to need one, ask the BiRide team before starting your ride.

Can you deliver the bike to my hotel?

No.

Delivery and collection are not available with the Same Day Pass.

For delivery to your hotel, villa or apartment, choose one of the eligible regular BiRide rental packages.

What happens if I return the bike after 17:30?

The rental will be changed to the applicable 24-hour rental rate and an additional €10 handling fee will apply.

Please return the bike on time because it may already be reserved for another customer.
