Terms & Conditions – BiRide
Contractual Relationship
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the BiRide application and our services (“Services”) and constitute a legal agreement between you (“User”) and Bisaggio Cyprus Ltd. By using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms, and confirm that you are of legal age to enter into binding contracts. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Services.
BiRide reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective when published in the app or on our website. Continued use of the Services following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
Assumption of Risk & Waiver of Liability
By using BiRide’s electric bikes or other mobility products, you acknowledge the inherent risks of riding and assume full responsibility for any injury, damage, or loss caused by or resulting from the use of the Services. You agree to release and hold harmless BiRide and its affiliates, officers, employees, and partners from all claims related to any incident, injury, or damage.
Services Provided
BiRide provides a platform to rent electric bicycles equipped with GPS-enabled smart locks. The service includes:

Access to our Rider App for renting and unlocking bikes.

Smart tracking of vehicles.

Real-time bike status (battery, location).

Secure payment system.
We do not guarantee availability at all times. Product availability may vary depending on demand, maintenance, or location.
Account Registration & Use
To use the Services, Users must register an account by providing accurate personal details and a valid payment method. You are responsible for all activities under your account. Fraudulent use of payment methods or false information will result in termination.
User Responsibilities
You agree to:

Use BiRide products safely and responsibly.

Wear a helmet and follow local traffic laws.

Avoid using Services under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

Not carry passengers or heavy items.

Park responsibly within designated areas.
Age Requirements
Users must be at least 16 years old to rent electric bikes through BiRide. Underage use is prohibited.
Rental Terms & Fees
All rentals are charged per ride or via wallet top-up. Pricing and fees are available in the app and are subject to change. We may apply pre-authorization to your payment method to confirm validity.
Unreturned or abandoned bikes may incur retrieval fees. Damaged or stolen bikes due to misuse may result in charges for repair or replacement.
Group Rides
BiRide allows users to add one additional rider under their account. Users are responsible for ensuring the second rider is eligible (16+), uses the equipment safely, and abides by these Terms. The account holder is liable for all costs and damages.
Support & Dispute Resolution
If you experience issues or believe you’ve been wrongly charged, contact our support within 10 business days. We aim to resolve disputes quickly and professionally.
In the event of ongoing disagreements, both parties agree to resolve the matter through negotiation. If that fails, disputes may be resolved via arbitration under Cyprus jurisdiction.
Termination
BiRide reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms or fraudulent behavior. You may terminate your account at any time through the app.
Limitation of Liability
BiRide is not liable for indirect damages, loss of data, income, or injury resulting from misuse or unavailability of the Services. Your use is at your own risk.
Intellectual Property
All logos, branding, and technology related to BiRide are owned by Bisaggio Cyprus Ltd and may not be reproduced, copied, or used without prior consent.
