Q: What is BiRide Rentals?
A: BiRide Rentals is a platform that connects users with high-quality bikes and ATVs for rent, including electric and conventional models, across various locations.

Q: Where can I use BiRide Rentals?
A: Currently, our services are available in Cyprus, with plans to expand to other regions in the future.

Q: How do I download the app?
A: The BiRide Rentals app is available for download on the App Store (iOS) and Google Play (Android).


Booking and Payment

Q: How do I book a bike or ATV?
A: Simply select a location, choose your dates, browse available bikes or ATVs, and confirm your booking—all within the app.

Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept secure payments through Revolut. You can pay a deposit (10%) or the full amount at the time of booking.

Q: Can I cancel my booking?
A: Yes, cancellations are allowed within the terms outlined in our cancellation policy, visible during the booking process.


Bikes, Equipment, and ATVs

Q: What types of bikes are available?
A: We offer a wide range, including electric bikes, mountain bikes, trekking bikes, folding bikes, and gravel bikes.

Q: Are accessories included with the bike rental?
A: Yes, a standard repair kit (including puncture repair kit, pump, small tool kit, and lock) and a helmet are included with every bike rental. For electric bikes, a charger is also included. Additional accessories may be available for an extra fee.

Q: What about ATVs? Are they equipped with anything?
A: For ATV rentals, a helmet is included for both the driver and passengers. A first aid kit and a reflective safety vest are also provided for safety, though these items are not legally required.

Q: How do I know if a bike or ATV is available?
A: The app provides real-time availability for all bikes and ATVs, with status updates like “Available,” “Rented Out,” or “Request this bike.”


During and After the Rental

Q: Where do I pick up the bike or ATV?
A: Pickup locations are displayed on the map in the app. Some partners also offer delivery services for an additional fee.

Q: What if I encounter a problem with the bike or ATV?
A: Contact the rental partner directly through the app or use the “I Have a Question” section to report any issues.

Q: Can I leave a review after renting?
A: Absolutely! We encourage users to leave feedback about their experience, including the condition of the bike or ATV and the service provided.

Q: I own a bike or ATV rental company. Can I list my vehicles on BiRide?
A: Yes! Visit the “Join the BiRide Network” section in the app or website to learn how to become a BiRide partner.
